Information to contributors > Guidelines for submission

Submissions are in the format of a short abstract (10-20 lines) to be uploaded before June 14th. After acceptance, a 2-page extended abstract should be provided before August 31st. Contributors may directly upload the extended abtsract if they wish so. Please use the template provided here.

 

Please also specify the type of presentation (oral or poster) you would prefer. Please note the committee decision may differ from your preference.
